She was the Founding Partner of The Troyer Group’s Buyer Team and spent over a decade working with David Troyer. She loves helping both buyers and sellers and her results speak for themselves. Mini brings to her clients her expert knowledge of the market and unique expertise in commercial appraisal, building and remodeling homes, as well as her strong communication and negotiation skills.
Mini was raised in Kenya, E. Africa and has always had a passion for real estate. After graduating with a degree in Land Management in the U.K., Mini worked for an acclaimed property firm Jones Lang La Salle in London and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, one of the most respected and high profile global standards and membership organizations for professionals involved in land, property, construction and environmental issues. Mini strives for excellence and professionalism. She has been involved in commercial appraisal, portfolio management, and real estate development and sales for the past 20+ years.
Each of Mini’s clients benefit from her respect and connections in the local community where she has raised her two children and participated in organizing events. She has owned an established local business in downtown Los Altos and served on the Planning Commission for the City of Los Altos.

KULJEET’S love for property and restoring homes brought him to real estate in 2015 after a long and successful career in technology. Kuljeet loves helping his clients reach their real estate goals with his caring and consultative approach. His clients benefit from his knowledge and understanding of the market, construction, and valuation.
His passion for real estate started in Chevy Chase, Maryland in the late 80s, where he won an award for remodeling a historic home. Kuljeet continued to stay involved in real estate as an investor and developer throughout his career until joining the Troyer Group in 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer where he was chartered to streamline and automate all internal processes and systems. In 2018, Kuljeet joined his wife, Mini, to become her Chief Operating Officer.
Kuljeet graduated with a B.Sc. from University of Maryland and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Kuljeet currently serves on the Financial Commission for the City of Los Altos, the board of Community Service Agency of Mountain View, and the board of Los Altos History Museum.
Kai Rabourn
KAI’S dedication to pursuing real estate started at a very young age when his family was looking to upgrade to another home in his early teen years. Growing up in Mountain View/Los Altos and going through the local school district (Springer Elementary, Blach Middle, Mountain View High) he is familiar with the lifestyle of living in Silicon Valley. Kai goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are being taken care of with all their questions about home, markets, and renovation ideas.
In 2021, he joined Mini’s team as an Intern; and in 2023 Kai became a licensed REALTOR in the state of California. In addition, Kai is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at California Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo.
